Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

Order Confirmation & Shipment:

Thank you again for placing an order with us. Right away you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. We have at this point received the order and pre-authorized your credit card. When an order is received, we connect with our suppliers and double-check the item's availability. If it's in stock and ready to go, we will charge your card and send the product to you within 3-5 business days. If not, you will hear from us right away to determine the appropriate next steps to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Where are my products coming from? Products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouse to save you time on the shipment, as well as money. Our products are coming from California, New York, and Illinois -- to name a few places.

Taxes: Many customers will enjoy purchasing from us with no sales tax! However there are exceptions to this as we are required to collect sales tax from residents of CA, IL, NJ, NY, PA and a few others.

Damaged Product: * If you notice any initial damage upon careful inspection of the product, make note of it WHEN DELIVERY IS SIGNED. If your products appear damaged, send photos to sales@winechilled.com and we will put you in contact with the manufacturer of the product to get your compensation.

Refunds: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will arrange a return within 15 days of receipt. Item must be in new, re-sealable perfect condition as it was received, and must be returned in original packaging with everything included when you received it. Once the item has left the warehouse, shipping costs are your responsibility, and they are non-refundable.

* Alaska / Hawaii / Canada: If you reside in one of these locations, we currently do not offer shipping at this time.

Orders returned, for reason other than a defective item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 30% of the price of your order. You (the buyer) are responsible for any return freight costs for BOTH directions (from the warehouse to you, and back to the warehouse). The purchase price minus these fees and costs will then be refunded to you when the warehouse processes your item (assuming it is in the same condition). If the item has already shipped out, and you refuse the delivery at your home / business, there will be no allowance for a refund.

As you are responsible for return shipping if at any point you are unsure if a particular product is right for you. Please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to offer any assistance possible to help you with your search.
